I am a quiet, big bearded fellow who is into electronics, computers, theme parks, roller coasters, organic gardening and… eating healthy!
In The Beginning…
I owe a big tip of the hat to my mother Donna, who has always made sure the entire family ate right and always “took their vitamins”! Donna is a talented colored pencil artist by passion and trade. When I moved out on my own, I have continued this routine and improved or added upon it. Following this path has paid off in great health.
This was how it all started several decades ago. To this day, I am thankful for having stuck with the “health plan”.
I Love to Juice!
As part of this ongoing “health plan” I have taken up juicing. I not only enjoy making fruit and vegetable juices, but have enjoyed great health benefits from daily juicing. I have been using my trusty Vitamix and Omega juicers for many years now.
